There are many ways to book an appointment 

The most efficient way of scheduling a booking is by calling the salon directly on 020 8637 3316 during our opening hours.

Other ways you can schedule a booking include: 

- Email us at Hello@hairofdreams.co.uk (please allow 48 hours for a response)

- Use our contact form on our website (please allow 48 hours for a response)

- Download our free app in the app store and google play and select 'Book Now'

- Use our online booking platform via our website or through our social media platforms

We have strict patch test policy in place, this is for the safety and wellbeing of our clients 

Patch tests are compulsory for all new clients and existing clients that have not had a colour service at hair of dreams for over six months  

Unfortunately we can not carry out colour services on clients who do not have a valid, up to date patch test record. All patch tests are recorded and dated

You do not need to book in for a patch test, simply pop into the salon no later than 24 hours before your appointment during our opening hours (it only takes a couple of minutes) 

Please remember to leave your patch test on your skin for the full 24 hours to test for allergies or reactions. Rinse immediately if you experience any discomfort and please alert us of your reaction at the earliest convenience

Please note - If you fail to come in for your patch test, your appointment will need to be cancelled or rescheduled 

We advise that you only park in the 'Ringo' car park on Nags Head Lane when booking in for colour and/or hair extension services to accommodate your full booking. This is around a 4 minute walk from the salon so please allow enough time to get parked and walk to the salon

It is likely due to how busy we are, that you will not have time to move your car in the duration of your appointment

For clients that are popping in for a patch test or consultation, or have a cut/styling service booked you may park for free in Tesco or Morrisons car park which is a 2 minute walk from the salon

If you are booked in with one of our beauty therapists they can advise you where is best for you to park based on how long your services will take

Please ensure you allow enough time to get parked and walk to the salon 

This will depend on your hair history, your hairs current shade and the colour you are trying to achieve - it is always best to pop in for a free no obligation consultation when completely changing your colour so that one of our colour specialists can assess your hair and advise which services you will require to achieve your desired result.

Please note that with colour change and colour corrections, the desired result may take several appointments.

At our consultations we will analyse your hair and ask you a little bit about your hair history. We will then advise which methods are most suitable for your hair type

We will colour match your hair using our professional swatches

(please ensure your hair is clean, dry and at your desired shade unless you are booking in for a colour too)

We supply you with a written quote on one of our consultation forms. This quote will have all relevant information including method/length/thickness/colour chosen for hair extensions, an outline of the aftercare required and a breakdown of the total cost. 

Deposit must be paid to secure a fitting appointment
